In 2012, The Heights at Tenafly won Best Town Home of the Year
from both the New Jersey Builders Association and the
Community Builders Association of New Jersey.

Years 2013 and 2014 brought amazing kudos to Summit Place for capturing
10 awards including Best Mid-Rise Condominium,
Best Townhouse, Best Landscaping and Outdoor Living Space
and the coveted Community of the Year both years.

And in 2015 James Place, an outstanding and nationally recognized community
in Morristown garnered awards for Best Landscape and Community
of the Year. In 2020 365 Ocean captured awards for Best Mid Rise and another Community of the Year.
